I haven’t done a recipe blog for a while and whilst racking my brain on what to share with you today, I realised, August 18th is National Fajita Day! One of the best things about Fajitas is that you can use chicken, beef, or keep it veggie! And better yet, they can be cooked on a campfire, making these a perfect Forest School meal… they are also quick and easy to do too! There are many different ways you can make Fajitas, so I’m going to share with you a few recipes I have discovered all doable on the campfire, so you can pick the most appealing to you and your little people!
